RemotPro provides dedicated human resources to different entities, specifically targeting the construction industry. We offer comprehensive human resource services including talent hunting, screening, interviewing, evaluation and human resource Management.

The initial contract duration is one year, and it is automatically renewable unless canceled. There is a termination clause that allows either party to give a notice period of two months.

Cost and Charges

Costs are itemized and transparent.

How does the hiring process work?

RemotPro hunts talent as per the client’s requirements, conducts interviews, and shortlists candidates. We then send the profiles to the client for review.

We organize Learning & Development programs in collaboration with our clients, making them repeatable to streamline future hiring processes. Additionally, we provide IT support for the resources hired by our clients.

RemotPro will be the point of contact to update the client regarding the employee’s status. We ensure continuous communication and address any attendance issues promptly.
